Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit; NO REFUND! No returns will be accepted after 30 days and or unless damaged or defective, due to the nature of our product. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days , but delays may happen depending on season and stock availability. Five O’ Clock Co. is not responsible for any additional fees associated to shipping, such as regional customs fees, international fees, or any fee based on country of entry.
